Kara Olsen is an accomplished board-certified nurse practitioner who is a passionate health advocate for her patients. She is committed to bridging the gap between conventional medical practices and integrative wellness. She has gained extensive expertise in various medical settings including emergency departments, hospice care, family practice, and integrative medicine. With certifications in bio-identical hormone therapy and health optimization through Biote and the Academy of Preventive & Innovative Medicine, Kara has the tools and knowledge to offer personalized solutions for hormone imbalances that occur as we age. She knows that hormones are key in the fight against the negative signs of aging and in preventing certain diseases.. Born and raised in Idaho, Kara earned her bachelor's degrees in biology and nursing from Idaho State University before pursuing a nurse practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her educational background provides the foundation for a comprehensive approach to patient care by seamlessly integrating specialized knowledge with clinical expertise to address a wide range of health issues.
